This Friday is the first official day of Fall. Can you believe it?
I’m a Summer person, so this season transition is always hard for me. The rain has started here in the Pacific Northwest and while I am grateful for it, the rain also generally means more inside time for me . . . and that’s usually really positive for my business!
As you’ve heard me say before . . . thinking time and planning time are absolutely essential for a healthy business plan and getting that plan in action.
So, how will you use this Fall time for your business?
Perhaps you’ll plan an event for yourself . . . an open house or a practitioner get-to-know-you gathering.
Perhaps you’ll double down on solidifying a genuine referral relationship with another practitioner.
Perhaps you’ll recommit to learning something new about how to genuinely grow your practice.
Whatever this time looks like for you, I hope it’s fruitful and, as always, if you need a boost, some extra knowledge or just need to know that someone has your back, I hope you’ll join me for one (or all) of this week’s Academy classes!
This Week’s Academy Classes:

All my best . . .

Hi Isabel, I would like to learn the belly massage technique to help my husband who has had 3 time bowel obstrution surgeries in the last 45 years. I’m a massage therapist in San jose California. Do you sell your massage video, or I can travel to your place to get lesson from you.
Thank you,
Hi Nina, your husband is so lucky to have you! And yes, you can see the different learning programs I offer here on my abdominal site: https://abdominaladhesiontreatment.com/programs. The practitioner program specifically covers more of the info if you’re going to be working with clients in a more general abdominal way (including client relationship, intake, etc.) – it is also in the process of getting approved by NCBTMB if you would like to get the credits for it in the future. The Recover program is meant for self-care but you could easily watch it and use the techniques for your husband. It moves into specific techniques a little more directly than the practitioner program. They’re both important programs and I think either one will be able to help you it just depends on whether you want the NCBTMB credits, etc. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
